We specialize in decision analysis and support, including ROI analysis, financial modeling and simulation, and have extensive experience developing and putting into effect pay-for-performance programs for leading health care organizations. Through a combination of project management, policy analysis and program design, the Discern team has supported value-based purchasing programs in more than 15 states.
